When I was suffering with Post Natal Depression and PTSD after the birth of my son, I felt so alone. I didn’t know anyone else who had suffered, and wasn’t sure where to turn to get help. Left untreated for 12 months, I was very grateful when my health visitor spotted my symptoms and referred me to my GP. I then was given the support I needed to begin my recovery.
