  Quite often, we may walk past someone in the street who looks happy, glamorous,sophisticated and assume that they ‘have it all.’ What we might not see is their invisible struggles that day, battles with anxiety, or their fight with depression. Simple ways in which Mindfulness has changed my life for the better!

On one particular day I allowed my intrusive thoughts to invent an unlikely scenario, and create an almighty panic attack about something that hadn’t even happened yet, and probably never would.
