Option 1- Join our Closed facebook community group , launching in June 2020. Meet like-minded mums in a supportive and non judgemental environment whilst you have unlimited access to your own workbook, 5 High quality, pre-recorded & subtitled video’s (released weekly) and the ability to ask questions and engage in the group! Open to all Mums with Children aged 6 weeks old to 16 years old!

This course Includes : E-Workbook , Introduction and grounding techniques for anxiety management and heightened emotions, Mindfulness for Busy mums and guided meditation, Work/life balance support, Self care idea’s , Postnatal fitness and Parenting FAQ’s. *PLUS* Emma’s personal support within the facebook group.

June 2020 5 Week Online Course (Closed Facebook Support group)

5 Week wellbeing and self care course for mums Via our closed facebook support group. Suitable for mums with babies aged 6 weeks old to 16 years old! Dates and details confirmed via private email upon receipt of payment.


Option 2- Online course Via email

Complete your 5 week wellbeing and self care course Via email , containing your coursebook and 5 video downloads for you to work through weekly, or in your own time. Includes the option of 2 personalised support emails to help you with your specific needs and requirements.

Option 3- Online Course via Zoom

A real time group course, giving the opportunity for socialising and building peer support. Evening and daytime sessions available. (Coming soon)

Option 4- Online 1-2-1 Session

Why not book a 50 Minute session to talk through how you’re feeling and how Mindfulness and self care techniques can support your wellbeing. The session will include a personalised guided meditation for you to sit back, relax and enjoy. Get in touch for availability. £35 for 50 Minutes.

5 Week Course Via Email (option 2)

Receive your E- Workbook and 5 Video modules straight to your inbox. You will have the flexibility to work through them weekly, or in your own time around your family commitments. You also have 2 Support emails included in the package to ask Emma (Or her team of experts) for advise, knowledge or guidance on any of the topics. Workbook and Video's will be sent over within 72hours of payment.
