This course Includes : E-Workbook , Introduction and grounding techniques for anxiety management and heightened emotions, Mindfulness for Busy mums and guided meditation, Work/life balance support session, Self care idea’s , Postnatal fitness and Parenting FAQ’s.

Option 2- Online course Via facebook

Complete your 5 week wellbeing and self care course Via our private facebook group containing your coursebook and 5 video downloads for you to work through weekly, or in your own time. Includes the option of personalised support within the group to help you with your specific needs and requirements. (Next course begins November 2020 , email madeupmom01@gmail.com for more info)

Option 3- Online Course via Zoom

A real time group course, giving the opportunity for socialising and building peer support. Evening and daytime sessions available. (Coming soon)

Option 4- Online 1-2-1 Session

Why not book a 50 Minute session to talk through how you’re feeling and how Mindfulness and self care techniques can support your wellbeing. The session will include a personalised guided meditation for you to sit back, relax and enjoy. Get in touch for availability. £35 for 50 Minutes.
