Mindfulness therapy & Aromatherapy facial sessions
1 to 1 Mindfulness therapy sessions. 50 Minutes of relaxation! An opportunity to discuss any stresses or worries and receive practical advice as to how you can implement mindfulness techniques into your daily life . Then receive an aromatherapy facial alongside guided meditation to evoke a complete sense of calm , reassurance and optimism. Home visits available within a 30 min radius of GU21 (Surrey) Or appointments can be held in Emma’s beauty room.

Emma is able to teach mindfulness in a broad range of settings to benefit your business. Bespoke courses can be tailor made to suit your business needs and deliver specific activities / workshops in a time-frame that suits you.

*Mindfulness Workshops for Clients, Emma regularly delivers Mindfulness sessions for members and clients at Woking Mind Mental health charity, using a range of techniques to suit the needs of the members.
